A good itinerary is highly important to enjoy your functions with fun. The itinerary should be planned in a way that guests also feel comfortable and have time to enjoy the functions. So, here is a simple and beautifully planned 2-day and 3-day Jim Corbett wedding itinerary that you can follow or customise as you like.

 

Two-Day Wedding Itinerary for Jim Corbett

A 2-day itinerary is important for couples who are hosting a Jim Corbett Wedding. This itinerary is perfect for families with fewer guests or when you want to keep the celebration simple but memorable.

 

Day 1: Welcome, Mehendi & Sangeet 

On the first day of your Jim Corbett destination wedding, welcome the guests are your venue. Give them welcome drinks like jaljeera, mint mojito, or rose sharbat. Then, arrange a buffet lunch that will give them time to relax and settle into their rooms. After that, arrange the Mehendi ceremony function from 3 pm to 6 pm. This setup can be done outdoors under a shaded canopy or near the lawn area. Tell your planner to arrange pastel drapes, marigold décor, and wooden seating, if you anna take nice pictures. Ladies enjoy getting their mehendi done while soft music plays in the background.

After that, arrange a high tea and a photoshoot from 6 pm to 7 pm. The ambience of Jim Corbett seems beautiful during the sunset, and you can enjoy a nice time. You can keep a small high-tea menu with pakoras, sandwiches, tea, coffee, and cookies.

Haldi pictures come out well near the pool areas or with a green background.  You can also use flowers, yellow cushions, haldi plates, and flower showers for fun pictures. 

Then, give time to guests to get ready for the wedding function. Brde will also need time for it. After the Haldi, guests can go back to their rooms to relax. The bride and groom start their makeover with makeup artists, hairstylists, and a photography team capturing behind-the-scenes moments. Arrange the Baraat and wedding rituals from 1 pm to 4 pm. The wedding mandap can be set on the lawn, near the pool, or riverside, depending on the resort. The baraat entry inside a forest resort looks amazing with dhol, music, and dance. The wedding rituals usually last for 1 - 2 hours. 

During or after the wedding, guests can have lunch. Arrange it from 1 pm to 6 pm. After the wedding, the bride and groom can have lunch with their families. Then, plan Bidaai for 6 pm to 7 pm, during which the bride will get farewell from her family in an emotional way. 

 

Three-Day Wedding Itinerary for Jim Corbett

 

Day 1: Welcome and Mehendi 

Greet your guests on day 1 with garlands and serve them some welcome drinks. On this day, you can arrange your mehendi function. Let your guests enjoy some leisure time after they come, and arrange the function from 4 pm to 6 pm. A cosy Mehendi corner is perfect to make your guests feel relaxed. The whole atmosphere feels colourful and warm as ladies get their hands decorated with beautiful designs. After this, everyone freshens up before the Sundowner or DJ Night. Soft lighting, open sky, barbecue snacks, and music create the perfect vibe to end the first day with fun, dance, and joy.

 

Day 2: Haldi, Pool Party & Sangeet

Enjoy the second day of your Jim Corbett Wedding celebrations with the haldi ceremony in the morning. Enjoy a fun time with friends and family, and paint each other with the yellow haldi. Right after Haldi, you can enjoy a pool party. Guests can enjoy amazing music while partying by the pool. Add items like mocktails, fun floaties, and lots of snacks for the party. After that, give some time to relax in their rooms. For the night, from 8 pm to 11 pm, you can arrange a Sangeet night. The Sangeet night is the highlight of the day, with stage performances, family dances, and a special entry for the couple. Day 3: Wedding & Reception

You can arrange the Jim Corbett Destination Wedding from the start of the morning to 4 pm. In that time, the groom and bride will get ready and take some amazing pictures. After that, the baraat and varmala exchange will take place. Then rituals will happen in a mandap decorated with flowers, soft drapes, and natural elements. Your guests can enjoy a whole wedding day with lots of good vibes all round. 

Then, you can arrange the reception from 7 pm to 10 pm. Give guests some time to relax so they can rest. At night, arrange a grand reception in which all your guests come together and enjoy the togetherness of the bride and groom.
